We started of in a basic box room selling doner kebabs to takeaways and within the first 3 years of the business the demand for the product went through the roof which forced us to open our EEC approved plant in Washington, tyne & wear. Where we sell raw doner kebabs, chicken kebabs and ready cooked and cut doner and chicken kebabs. However we now feel we must keep growing which is why we would like to begin selling to the retail sector. We understand that the retail sector has very strict standards and guidelines which is why we are building a new factory to produce our ready meal lines. The factory will have full EEC and brc approval and will follow complete haccp and ISO 9000 guidelines.
