The foremost reason for this is our serious commitment to the quality of our service and product. Based in norfolk, we boast over 60,000 square feet of purpose built warehouses, offices and workshops with plenty of scope for growth in the future. With London and birmingham just two hours away we have excellent links to all major freight airports and have daily collections for export stocks. Our staff Employing over 40 staff in sales, administration, workshop and refurbishing roles we concentrate on employing people from the immediate community. Offering alternative careers in an area traditionally dependent on agricultural employment; which unfortunately is offering less and less opportunities to local people. Accreditations Together, as a team we have developed and implemented unique testing and grading standards for our product and have achieved iso14001 accreditation for our environmental management systems. Alongside our environmental commitment we strive to provide excellence in all areas of the business, our management systems are also ISO 9001 accredited. As holders of a waste management and waste transfer licence we are able to offer concrete assurances to our partners of our commitment to excellence. Our whole business is focused around the recycling and re-use of waste generated by the telecommunications industry in the UK. We collect unwanted phones for charities, process end of life product in partnership with major manufacturers and networks in the UK and work with repair centres around the UK to turn their unwanted waste into marketable regenerated product. We do not trade any new product and only accept product from extremely reputable sources to avoid contamination by non-genuine goods of any kind. Therefore the quality of our end product that we supply to our customers is amongst the highest in the business. We are also prepared to stand by our product portfolio and offer 30 days warranty with all of our products including phones, parts & accessories. We are very proud of what we have and continue to achieve at cellular surplus and strive to provide the best service available to both our supply partners and customers.
