We use an extremely flexible manufacturing process that allows us to create tubes with any conceivable fibre orientation and wall thickness based around an extensive range of tooling. This also allows us to make oval and tapered tubes. As well as being able to design and manufacture tubes for specific applications we have also designed a range of general purpose tubing that we stock for rapid delivery and these rugged 'standard tubes' are suitable for a whole host of applications. Materials we currently use include Glass Fibre('E' & 'S'), Kevlar and an extensive range of Carbon Fibre material with many weaves and Modulus options. Beyond this we are also able to source any customer specified material as well. We have machinery in house with which we can post-machine tubes to improve on specific tolerances and give further surface finish options. Painting facilities are also available to lacquer or paint tubes.
